A walk a day to keep the kilos away! A little bit each day can make a big difference. The key is will power. Enjoy exercise don’t see it as a chore and you will be rewarded. All that is needed is just half an hour of moderate exercise a day. It can help you to lose weight, decrease the risk of heart disease and diabetes.
